I think that alcohol and tobacco advertising such a hot topic because we see these things on TV a lot and that makes people what them more and more. Alcohol has the most commercials on TV today so that people can buy more of their products. You really don't see a lot of tobacco on TV but you do see them in alot of movies because that what most people watch are movies. they protray alcohol and tobacco to be a good thing but really it's a bad thing for everybody but the producers who sell the products because they get the money and people coming back for more. this is why alcohol and tobacco is such a hot topic right know.

urban legends

My favorite urban legend is bloody Mary that was created in the late 1970's. this story of bloody Mary was said to be about a witch who was excuted for doing black arts. Bloody Mary was a witch who did black magic on girls so that she can feel younger again. bloody Mary live in the woods next to a villiage and at night she would put spells on little girls and kill them and bared them in her backyard. when the village people found out what the witch did to the little girls they went to her house and confronted the witch but the witch dinied what they said. it's said that the villiage people burned her alive. then Bloody mary put a spell on the villiage saying that who ever said her name she would come back and kill them. This is the story of Bloody Mary one of my favorite Urban legends.

what i think of the blog so far

I think the blog site is a good thing to have for a class.I like the blog site because you can put topics that you are talking a bout on the site and people can look at it and see what you said.I like how you can have your own web site to put you topics on and people can go you your web site.

Media violence

To me media violence is what people look for when there is nothing else on TV. Media violence is what the news show to get there rating up because they know that’s what everybody wants to see no matter what it’s about. Media violence is the way people see things in the world and what’s going to happen next. Violence is what people want to see on TV because that’s all that’s on TV. People feel like if they don’t see media violence that there is nothing else to watch on TV. The media love to show violence because they know people love to see that kind of stuff on TV no matter if it is real of if it is on a movie that you are watching, to me people can’t live with out violence because that’s all they see even if they are on the streets no matter were you go there is some kind of violence be portrayed that you want to see. This is what media violence is to me and how I look at other people who see media violence like that to.
